Primary links are connection or connection ramps of highways (federal highways). A connection ramp is an up or down. A connection ramp is the link between two highways or subordinate streets. Normally the same traffic rules apply on the ramps as on the highways themselves.

Connecting ramps

In the example, the main road is red and the connection ramps highway=primary_link marked in blue. There are parts that are mapped with oneway=yes and others that do not get this property.
