Proposal
To tag the crossing node on a highway where bicycles only (and not pedestrians) can cross.
Rationale
Currently you can tag with highway=crossing + bicycle=yes. But this implies that pedestrians and bicycle can both cross. This tag instead is intended for bicycle only crossings.
Note that if you tag highway=crossing + bicycle=yes + foot=no, being the crossing node part of the street, foot=no would prevent pedestrian access along the street.
