{{Vote|no}} Too many unresolved issues, so I don't see a clear advantage of the proposed change. The overall quality of the data would decline. Just "tidiness" is not a sufficient aim in my opinion. There is no explanation what is actually meant by "further development" and why it is necessary to have uniformity before.
