The tag level=-1 indicates that the feature is on the first below-ground level of a building or building part.

This could be locally signed as "Basement" (addr:floor=Basement), "-1" (addr:floor=-1), "-2" (addr:floor=-2, "Ground floor" addr:floor=G), etc.

The level above is level=0. Buildings with a level=-1 should have building:levels:underground=* >= 1.
