For the Healthcare 2.0-tagging schema this tag describes the kind of office tagged with the generic medical office tag health_facility:type=office and is proposed to be used with this tag, but can also used as standalone tag. In the case this (office=physician), the the main role of the operator is to be a physician.
This hopefully newbe compatible tagging reduces all roles of the person operating the office to one value. For full representation of all of its roles, you should use type=health-relations with health_person:type=*.
Appears to be a duplicate of far more popular, clear and supported amenity=doctors.
