Usage
The tag seems to be used for resort-style establishments, a term popular in former USSR countries. It is likely that this is used not only for places designed for long-term illness treatment, the primary meaning of the word in western countries. For example in Polish "sanatorium" means place that is likely to be mix of resort, spa and hospital, it may be better described as a destination spa or mineral spa. See Sanatorium. Consider using leisure=resort + resort=sanatorium instead.
