Bioswales, also known as bioretention cells, infiltration planters, rain gardens, or stormwater planters, are manufactured wetlands that are most often built to collect surface runoff water from sidewalks and roads, diverting the water from a city's (typically at-capacity) sewer and stormwater systems. Plant species native to the region are used to soak up water quickly.

How to map

Draw the outline of the area area of the bioswale and add:

Bioswales can be mapped as a node node near the center if the outline isn't visible.

Alternative

This can be also mapped using landuse=basin + basin=infiltration which is rendered on the standard openstreetmap-carto map layer.
