The Eternal Flame as part of a war memorial or a standalone object dedicated to commemorating military actions.
If the memorial complex occupies a large area, a point for the Eternal Flame should be added within the perimeter of the memorial.
The location where the burning flame emerges is marked.
Currently, many objects tagged as memorial=war_memorial + name=Eternal Fire could be retagged as memorial=eternal_flame.
However, not all such objects should be changed, for example: Eternal Flame (Belgrade)
