"plaque=here_lived" is a tag to indicate that a memorial plaque (memorial=plaque) is placed at the location where the person lived (typically the building of residence). The inscription is usually recorded with inscription=*.

Use tags subject=* for the person commemorated and historic:date=* for the time. For multi-year periods, use a range with two dots (e.g., date=1910..1930).
