A chandler, or also ship chandler are shops or agents specialized in offering a wide range of services towards ships.
A chandler might, and might not have its own warehouse. Some operate regular shops, while other operate on-demand single contact service. Chandlers are usually found near important and busy ports, but can also be found where yachting and other forms of boating activity is popular.
