A flood wall is a wall built with the primary function to protect against floods. Openings in these wall should be tagged with barrier=coupure. A flood wall is different from a dyke where a dyke if a body of mostly earth.
How to tag
The flood wall should be tagged on ways with barrier=wall + wall=flood_wall. See the example section below for some examples.
