Historic wall: Use historic=yes. See also heritage=*
Height: Use height=* to specify how tall the wall is.
Thickness: Use width=* to specify how thick precise the wall is. Or use est_width=* to specify how thick approximately the wall is.
Alternative: Use area=*, see there.
The tag wall=* can be used to provide details of the wall. The value should indicate the principal feature of the wall, which could be the type, the purpose, or the building method, including the following:
