Broken TOC due to incorrect usage of template

Currently the table of contents (TOC) renders an empty (nameless) section header, index 2.1, because the Cs:Key:highway template is called with name= , which then calls the standard Map Features:highway template which was not built with nameless empty headers in mind. Therefore, the intentional use of   as stated by edit 1964795 is incorrect. If a section header is undesirable in the resulting article, the underlying templates must be changed without breaking current translations of the article. --Fernando Trebien (talk) 15:57, 10 March 2020 (UTC)
