[Active] Driveway image should split way after the sidewalk

Driveways typically have implied access restrictions. The segment of the driveway serving as the link between the end of the pedestrian crossing and the sidewalk needs to be explicitly tagged with access=yes, and split from the segment of the driveway after the sidewalk. I completely agree that guidance on this should be in the guide tho I would probably want the guide to start with a section about Bronze tier mapping that does not mention this splitting and in the sections about mapping to silver and above it is mentioned to split driveways at the sidewalk centerline and have the segment between the road and sidewalk not have access=private.
