members list

@JAAS: Hi! I have revised the categorization of the pages and have begun moving the translated pages, Spanish into ES: namespace. Regarding the main Kaart pages (the English version and its translations), I am wondering how this is intended to be: should the same member list appear on all of them, or should there be a separate member list for each language or country?
