Confusion between gay=* and lgbt=*

The incipit says that the first one is used to tag homosexual places and the second one LGBT ones. As homosexual (strictly gay male and lesbians) are part of LGBT+ community, I think the text should be changed in order to well understand if there are use differences or they are just the same. --★ → Airon 90 08:59, 30 September 2018 (UTC)

Hey. I have corrected a bit, if there are errors, I encourage you to correct the description of the tag. Regards.Cz ja (talk) 10:06, 30 September 2018 (UTC)

Key:gay#Rendering

The page currently contains this:

Proposed rendering Combotrans.svg

I strongly disagree. Image:Combotrans.svg is a symbol of a male and female joined together. That's an exactly opposite concept to what's being described here - which is joining two females or joining two males. And no, this symbol does not mean "trans" - Transgender symbol pink and blue.svg is the transgender symbol. Then there's Gay Pride Flag.svg and its variants, including one which uses blue/pink/white/pink/blue to represent "trans" or uses brown and black to indicate racialisation. carlb (talk) 17:59, 1 January 2023 (UTC)
