Hole number for edge cases

Some courses are a 9-hole course (9 tee groups, 9 pins) but advertise themselves as 18-hole. More interestingly, though, there are courses where there are 9 pins, but more than 9 tee groups to create different holes while using the same pin. For example: the course for golf club 't Jagerspaadje in the Netherlands has two different tees for the first/tenth pin. Other holes are the same.
