Historical markers

I propose that Ohio History Connection historical markers be tagged as historic=memorial + memorial=plaque versus historic information boards. The reason is in the definition. Please see the first line of Commemorative plaque versus this Information sign. The Ohio markers (example image) are definitely historical plaques commemorating a place, person, area, or event.
