Split main page and moved Local data

To get advancement in the issue of cleaning up I followed the wish of {{Split section}} and moved section "Local data" to this new subpage "Potential Datasources/Local data". See Talk:Potential_Datasources#Cleanup. – I hope it provides an improvement to the progress of the page(s). But if you insist on that, we could discuss and/or revert the split.
