Hi Dorothea, There is no contract law in the United Kingdom: the choices are law of England and Wales, Law of Scotland, or Law of Northern Ireland. In this case I think you want England and Wales in this case (I'm afraid I can no longer remember the precise formal term). In particular English & Scots law can be very different.
