Is this really a public amenity?

I wonder why this tag is under the amenity key, since a post depot is not open to the public, in general.

It seems like a post depot is a combination warehouse and distribution center for mail. Most warehouses and distribution centers would be tagged as commercial or industrial landuse. Perhaps "office=" could also be appropriate if the post depot is also the headquarters for part of the postal service. --Jeisenbe (talk) 15:05, 8 June 2019 (UTC)
