door=no with or without indoor=door?

Basically, I'm wondering if it makes sense to map open connections between two rooms as door=no without indoor=door but otherwise the same tagging style simply because no door exists and this tagging combination is quite logical or if I should still add indoor=door to door=no contrary to the logic just for compatibility reasons?

Obviously don't add indoor=door
Furthermore this isn't in the spec, when door=yes + indoor=no would be enough when it's between 2 indoor=room ? Simple_Indoor_Tagging#Doors_and_windows
