No, the infobox is meant to be parsable and autotranslated. Almost all pages do not repeat that in a separate section, except for uncommon tag extensions for specific cases detailed on other related pages. I had not deleted it, but only moved it in the Infobox where they were missing and desirable (for processing by TagInfo for example).
