Remove obstacle_course

I don't believe military=obstacle_course should be added to Map Features at this time. The wiki page lacks a clear description or definition of the tag, the usage is rare and inconsistent (sometimes it is used for non-military obstacle courses, contrary to the key), and adding to to Map Features was not discussed. --Jeisenbe (talk) 14:03, 21 September 2019 (UTC)

I agree usage is still too low for the main map features page (currently 183 uses), although the tag is around for about 5 years and has been growing organically. For features like this, the threshold for inclusion in map features (if there aren't other problems like inconsistent use or missing definitions) could be somewhere between 500 and 2000. --Dieterdreist (talk) 07:30, 24 September 2019 (UTC)
