OpenStreetMap US Events
OpenStreetMap US, the local chapter of the OSMF in the United States, hosts a number of recurring and annual events. These include conferences such as State of the Map US and Mapping USA, as well as more informal gatherings such as Mappy Hours. For more information about OpenStreetMap US events, see Foundation/Local Chapters/United States#Events.
OpenStreetMap US also supports community-lead events (such as mapathons). If you are interested in receiving financial, logistical, communications, or other assistance with your event please see the OSM US Microgrants Program or reach out to staff@openstreetmap.us.
Mapathons
A Mapathon is a coordinated mapping event. It is often held inside but can also be an outside or combined activity.
