Local mapping communities
Local communities throughout the United States get together on a regular basis online or offline to discuss OpenStreetMap, plan mapping projects, conduct field surveys, and assist other local organizations with their map needs. Join a meetup near you – some groups also welcome remote participants. If you want to start or revive a local group, OpenStreetMap U.S. is happy to provide support and connect you with people who can help! Make sure to add any OSM-related event you're organizing or attending to OSMCal to help us spread the word!
