Useful Resources

Aerial Imagery

State capital Little Rock (Pulaski County) and surrounding areas are covered by PAgis (Pulaski Area Geographic Information System) aerial photography program.

Faulkner County updates aerial imagery every other year. Confirmed with county attorney Philip Murphy on 2026-04-08 that the 2025 imagery can be used in OpenStreetMap.

In other areas, Arkansas GIS Office has statewide aerial imagery which has been permitted to use in OpenStreetMap. See Arkansas Digital Ortho Program.

Data Sources

City of Conway maintains a GIS/Data Hub, including a city Master Map, covering street and address data, subdivisions, plats, and so on. Confirmed with city GIS Manager Matt Anderson on 2026-04-06 that this data is public domain and OpenStreetMap contributors can make use of it. Aerial imagery layer is from Faulkner County and also free to use in OpenStreetMap (see above).

Route Relations

Some state highways have had relations created. They may be logged at Arkansas/State Highway Relations
