This user submits data to OpenStreetMap under the name  johnparis (on OSM) .

Based in Paris, with a particular interest in Morocco, especially Oujda and Saïdia, which I visit regularly. Current goal is to eliminate all Level 1 and Level 2 Osmose errors in Morocco. (Level 1 achieved, Level 2 difficult but in progress.)

I wrote the proposal to create a amenity=internet_cafe tag.

I have written the Mapping disputed boundaries proposal.
