• Interim solution for even/odd and half --- parking:*:access:conditional:interpolation=*: Represents how the condition is tagged. This means the condition will flip in the opposite of the tagged condition. (addr:interpolation=* is similar and widespread. The meaning here is we can't enumerate all the days out exactly in *:conditional=*, so we add an approximate rule. Although the standard is Alternate-side parking. OSM uses oneway=alternating for a different meaning, that can also clash with "either-side".)

    • parking:*:restriction:interpolation=even: Even daysand

I presume an interim solution is acceptable for tjhis overhaul. opening_hours=* doesn't seem it will be upgraded in the forseeable future for this, aside from non-Gregorian calendar. Examples:
