I've been on OSM since 2014. As of 2025, I mostly do outdoor mapping, QA, and Wiki articles editing.

Occasionally I also do some HOT mapping and other forms of Armchair mapping.

Automation

I used to operate automated bulk edit scripts in Israel from 2017 until 2021. See User:SafwatHalaby/scripts.

All of them are inactive, but as of 2025, gtfs2osm is active in Israel. It's an independent project developed by NeatNit, and is a recreation of the GTFS bus stop import script.
