The Israel and Palestine relation

In the past, people have repeatedly removed The Israel and Palestine relation (6195356 6195356), apparently thinking it is a politically motivated edit.

The relation, originally created by zstalder, does not represent the borders of neither Israel nor Palestine. Rather, it simply wraps all land used by either the PL or the IL authorities. Among other things, it is useful for various extracts (such as Geofabrik), and Overpass queries.

The relation has an "old_name" and not a "name" tag to prevent Mapnik from rendering it.
