Yes, the notes were copied to https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/2023_Brazil_Floods and this activity already listed in https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Organised_Editing/Activities/Humanitarian_OpenStreetMap_Team . The notes made by EmericusPetra were not talked with the Brazilian community before.

@Everton Bortolini: - not checked whether allegations made there are true, but if people were copying from Google Maps then "notes made by EmericusPetra were not talked with the Brazilian community before" is irrelevant.
