User accounts are bad metric

"7.48 million OSM accounts have been created" is meaningless, vast majority never edited. Most of them are created by spammers Mateusz Konieczny (talk) 18:53, 9 February 2021 (UTC)

@Mateusz Konieczny: Wait, why exactly is this an untrue statement? Google sells access to features that use Google Maps via their Google Maps API. They also monetize their platform via advertising

Also, the current sentence doesn't make sense.
