adding extra rows

as mentioned near the end of https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Talk:Key:smoothness#Making_smoothness_more_verifiable, could you add rows for "speed (for cars)", "speed (for SUVs)" etc. in the same way as there is "speed for bicycle" and "speed (for roller blades)" (this way both cars are other vehicles are nicely represented and explained) ? --mnalis (talk) 10:19, 27 April 2021 (UTC)
