Route bus
According to the http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Relation:route the bus route should be defined in a relation defining route=bus. I would suggest to modify
route bus : relation[type=route AND line=bus]
in
route bus : relation[type=route AND route=bus
The same should be applied to the feature lines below.
