Further events SF
Hi Sarah, Thanks a lot for the notification about the mapping event in San Francisco. I'll move to the United States on 11 December (next Thursday) – so I won't be able to join you this weekend. But I would be happy getting informed about further events in the future. Thanks again --Frank Schulenburg 21:53, 2 December 2008 (UTC)
SF Mapping Party
Hi Sarah. How was the mapping party at the weekend? Judging by the upcoming.org sign up list I guess it was pretty successful!
On the San Francisco, California wiki page I've blown away the old organisational info and documented it as a "past event". On this page you could do some kind of write-up of the event here, or perhaps link to a blog/diary post. The most interesting thing to go on there next will be details of any future events. Old organisation info is in the old revisions of the page of course.

Refactoring Research/Student pages
I would like to refactor Science related pages to get to a more prominent and unified place. As I point here I would keep Education on a seperate place, would this be ok? Please have a look at Talk:Google_Summer_of_Code#Refactoring_Research.2FStudent_pages --!i! 13:56, 8 November 2010 (UTC)
- Hi, that sounds good to me. I think it would be good to have a clearer place for folks to post/access information as well as lesson plans, etc. Feel free to move around what you need to, and let me know if I can help in someway. I haven't been that involved recently due to being super busy at work, but I do still get emails from folks about Education projects and OSM. Cheers, --Sarah M 15:53, 8 November 2010 (UTC)
