OSM node placed in close proximity to the Sahana Foundation position (gpx file). Node includes FIXME=location in town guessed, and there is in aerial imagery no compelling support for current location.
Internet search showed reference to this facility in the work "PMTCT Baseline Assessment and Planning Template" (PMTCT = Preventing Maternal to Child Transmission [of HIV]), in a table of MCH facilities (MCH = Mother and Child Healthcare). This appears to be a US Government produced document. A copy of the relevant table item follows (see pg 20 of the document linked above):

This at least provides corroboration for the location in Borgne. Further, the listing allows addition of the descriptor "public MCH services facility" to the hospital.
