This page describes the 提案流程, which is one of multiple ways to introduce and discuss new tags for features and properties. The other ways are often undocumented.

这个提议过程的目的是让OSM社区讨论并投票决定一个标记地图特征的标准方式。OpenStreetMap对于可以分配给节点、道路或区域的标签没有任何内容限制。你可以使用你喜欢的任何标签。然而，商定一套推荐的特征和相应的标签是有好处的，以便创建、解释和显示一个共同的基础地图。 在讨论过程中，发现各种问题也是很常见的--可能已经有一种方法来绘制一个特定的特征，或者可能希望以不同的格式来表达所建议的标签，使其更加清晰。
