Used for place=* nodes with administrative levels in China to indicate their administrative classification.
用于中国有行政等级的place=*节点，以标示其行政分类。
Rationale 理由
Chinese settlements are closely related to administrative divisions, and OSM's existing place=* is far from enough to express the difference, so a new tag is proposed. This proposal is derived from the china_class=*, but the key name is not clear enough, and the use of place:CN=* indicates the purpose and applicable objects of this tag.
中国的聚落与行政区划息息相关，而OSM现有的place=*远不足以表达其中的差别，故新拟标签。本提案源自china_class=*标签，但此键名不够明确，而使用place:CN=*则指明了本标签的用途及适用对象。
