The
ketogenic diet is a high-fat, low-carb, sugar-free, moderate-protein diet for people with diabetes or epilepsy.[1] Use diet:keto=only if all products are keto-friendly, or diet:keto=yes if at least one keto-friendly food/supplement is offered, otherwise, diet:keto=limited if at least one is partially keto-friendly. If none are offered, use diet:keto=no.

Non-keto-friendly ingredients
Many foods falsely advertise themselves as keto-friendly. It's important to read the ingredients list, especially if the product in question is processed. Many ingredients are considered unsuitable for the Keto diet, including ultra-processed "skim/low-fat cereals", and these ingredients:
- Agave
- Corn, Corn syrup
- Fruit nectar
- Glucose, Glucose syrup
- High-fructose corn syrup
- Maltodextrin, Maltose
- Potato, Potato flour
- Rice, Rice flour, Rice syrup
- Skimmed milk, Soy protein, Starch, Sugar
- Wheat, Wheat flour, Wheat protein
There are some wheat-derived keto-friendly supplements, but please note that "Made on shared equipment with ... glucose" could suggest that there is hidden sugar.
