This key briefly describes the event, change, or circumstances that caused the feature to go out of existence. This description often helps to clarify the reason why the OHM feature exists until a certain end_date=*, even though the feature existed in the real world after that date. For example, OHM might have a separate feature due to a renaming or move.
If a feature's end_event would be the same as the start_event of the next entry in its chronology, then it's redundant and can be omitted. But if this is the last entry in a chronology, or there's ambiguity about what the next feature is (perhaps the feature split or merged with another feature), then end_event adds information and should be included.
