The fee:conditional tag is for specifying whether a fee is usually charged for a service or for access, and specifies rules that override the default specified in fee=*.
See charge:conditional=* if the amount of money depends on the rules.
Usage

For example:

- Note: although the syntax is similar to
opening_hours=*there is a difference, for example:- Mo-Fr 09:00-19:00; Sa 09:00-13:00 (syntax in opening_hours)
- yes @ Mo-Fr 09:00-19:00; yes @ Sa 09:00-13:00 (syntax in fee:conditional, after ";" the condition must be repeated).
- yes @ Mo-Fr 09:00-19:00; Sa 09:00-13:00 (wrong syntax in fee:conditional).
fee:disabled=* is also available to directly specify whether a fee applies to handicapped users; e.g., where a fee is waived for them.
