On some camp-sites tagged tourism=camp_site it is possible to rent pitches on a yearly or seasonal basis.
This is very common in Germany, where some sites do not even allow short term customers at all.
To reflect this a tourism=camp_site, tourism=caravan_site or tourism=camp_pitch can be tagged with:
permanent_camping=yes- permanent camping is possiblepermanent_camping=no- permanent camping is not possiblepermanent_camping=only- only permanent camping is allowed
If a site tagged permanent_camping=yes or permanent_camping=only is for members only, it it also recommended to add
