The rated storage capacity of a storage power plant, such as a hydroelectric pumped storage or battery storage plant.
The value of this tag should be a measure of energy, usually in Megawatt-hours (MWh) or Gigawatt-hours (GWh), for example plant:storage=100 MWh. This value is normally published by the operator in the case of battery plants, and sometimes in the case of pumped-storage plants.
If the capacity of a storage plant is unknown, plant:storage=yes can be used.
