Proposal

This proposal aims to clarify which parking bays/spaces amenity=parking in a car park are designated for customer to pick-up online collections only. In the US, this may be called "kerb side collection". In the UK, most department stores, supermarkets and some takeaway restaurants have dedicated 'Click and Collect' bays.
Applicable to single nodes and areas.

Rationale

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, most places created click and collect bays to comply with social distancing guidelines. Since then, more stores have moved to this service due to the convenience for customers.
