Problem Statement
There are many shops around the world that specialise in graffiti and street-art supplies, but there is currently no dedicated shop=* value for these shops.
Graffiti shops commonly sell products such as spray paint, stickers and graffiti markers. Some also sell products such as skateboarding equipment or clothing.
Currently, these shops may be mapped using more general values such as shop=craft or shop=paint, which do not specifically describe their primary purpose.
Proposal
I propose adding the tag shop=graffiti.
Rationale
Some graffiti shops are currently tagged as shop=craft. However, this value generally describes shops selling supplies for crafts and artistic activities, such as pencils, paper, canvases or crafting materials. These products do not necessarilly represent the primary products sold by a graffiti shop.
Other graffiti shops are tagged as shop=paint. However, shop=paint is intended for shops primarily selling paint and related decorating or painting supplies. While graffiti shops commonly sell spray paint, their range is usually more specialised and may also include graffiti markers, stickers and other graffiti-specific equipment.
A dedicated shop=graffiti value would allow data consumers to distinguish specialised graffiti shops from general art-supply and paint shops.
Some graffiti shops also sell clothing or skateboard equipment. These can be indicated using the additional tags listed below.
