Proposal
Types of the showers.
Rationale
Tag amenity=shower used both for showers inside rooms, where nude showering is possible, and beach showers, where people should remain in swimwear. Also, indoor showers may be private with stalls, or communal.
Tagging
Applies to amenity=shower or other features
- shower=private_stalls - individual booths, stalls with doors.
- shower=semi_private_stalls - partition walls and curtains present but no doors.
- shower=open_stalls - partition walls present but no doors or curtains.
- shower=communal - communal room or area without partition walls.
- shower=open – the showers are just out in the open without visual cover from bypassers (for example, beach shower).
Applies to various features, except amenity=shower
- shower=yes - shower is available, details isn't known.
- shower=no - shower isn't available. Should be used only if otherwise may be doubt.
Please note that all of these showers can occur both indoor as well as outdoor (with indoor=yes or outdoor=yes).
