more surface values

Summary

I'd like to propose some additional tags for Key:surface. This should, for instance, aid in classifying tracks.

In particular, a distinguishing feature between major and minor tracks is whether there's a non-dirt surface at all. The surface tag should default to non-dirt (suggestions for better terms much appreciated).

See also: Proposed_features/grade1-5 (which suggests an abstract hierarchy of track types), Key:width (which could also be used to distinguish between tracks).

This page is maybe a duplicate of Proposed_features/surface_values

Proposal

In addition to the existing

surface=paved
surface=cobblestone
surface=unpaved

I propose

surface=gravel
surface=dirt
surface=non-dirt, non-paved (default on highway=track)
surface=User defined

Rendering

Tracks with a surface=dirt tag should be rendered slightly lighter (and possibly only at higher zoom levels) than tracks with any other surface tag (even none at all).
