A shop which primarily sells clothing, such as underwear, shirts, jeans etc.

How to map

As with any shop types, add a node node tagged shop=clothes in the center of the shop. Larger shops may be mapped as an area area tagged as shop=clothes.

Related tags

It is not clear to everybody how this tag differs from shop=boutique and shop=fashion. Discussions of the topic include: 03/2019 tagging mailing list, and it was proposed to use clothes=fashion and clothes=luxury in combination with shop=clothes.
