NOTE! The exact key/value combination access=optional_sidepath should never appear on an object. The value optional_sidepath must be used with a specific mode of transport. Examples: bicycle=optional_sidepath or foot=optional_sidepath. |
Denotes the existence of an optional sidepath for a specific mode.
Usage
This tag shouldn't be used directly but rather be used as a value of a specific transport mode e.g. bicycle=optional_sidepath. On its own, it denotes users of a specific transport mode that they can use it and others that they should expect this mode of transport on the road. This is similar in usage to access=yes for a given transport mode.
